I used Fritz Law for my probate case. Very streamlined process. Most communication - both conversations and documents - are handled via web app which is great for paper trails and posterity. They work as fast as their clients, so downtime is minimal on their end with the processes they can control. I would highly recommend Fritz Law should you need a probate attorney.

It was a pleasure having Mr Fritz and Maria (? Paralegal) work on the affidavit of Heirship for a family member estate. Process was thorough and easily understandable with upfront pricing. Lastly the communication with progression of job is very good. I always knew what was going on through case Status application.

If it wasn’t for Fritzs’ firm’s website describing the different routes to go when it comes to heirship, I wouldn’t have discovered the route that I did take, which was affidavit of heirship. A much simpler and less expensive way to go when real estate is the only asset left to claim. They were very good with communication and the portal was simple to use.
